They have introduced their own best practice benchmark scheme to encourage property companies to become more open and transparent with their customer experiences.

The scheme has already attracted quite a response and AllAgents think that before long this standard will provide a benchmark for professional property companies that will help landlords and tenants to evaluate their services. It is hoped that the scheme will go some way to eradicate rogue companies and individuals form the property business by exposing those who are not readily open or offer poor levels of customer service.
